Trial Balance Model 3 (CTBR060 - SIGACTB)

This report issues the trial balance sheet in an 132-column form. It is perfect for companies with code of ledger account with more than 20 and up to 70 digits/characters.

The question Currency Description? enables the user to view description of ledger accounts according to currencies used. Thus, the description of these accounts is displayed in different languages.

In order to view them in the trial balance print, all ledger accounts of the system must be registered in the Chart of Accounts, with description of the currency configured.

The question Currency Description? may be filled in with a valid currency or left blank Procedures Printing description of accounts. If it is left blank, the currency informed in the question Currency? is considered.

Report particularities:

• Originally, the following columns are displayed: Previous Balance, Debit, Credit and Current Balance.
• The column Period Movement may be printed if the question Print Mov. Column is defined as Yes.
• Either the ledger account. or its description will be printed;
• The report uses the feature Configuration of Books and may display data in several ways. IF V12
• You can also print the report by using the accounts of the referential plan and versions associated to standard accounts plan, so you must create a referential plan and an accounting record with the fields Version and Ref Plan completed, associating them to standard plan in routine of Chart of Accounts. In the report, enter the question Records Config. Code?END

Procedures

Issuing the trial balance model 3:

1. In the Trial Balance Model 3 report issue window, click Parameters.

A screen is displayed with parameters of the report to be configured.

2. Configure them according to field help instructions.

3. Check the configuration and confirm the report print.
