Below is a suggestion of an operational flow of Accounting Management module, which must be used by the user as a support for system deployment and operation.
Yet, user may prefer to register information in parallel , since F3 key, in options for updating SIGACTB module, enables sub registration in files whose information is used. Therefore, operational flow may suffer some variations concerning the sequence user decides it is convenient to adopt.
Some procedures must be followed before any operation is performed in the system. Others must be defined in the beginning of deployment, since they affect system operation, as well as next procedures, such as configuration of standard entries.
In flows of Management Accounting Management environment, procedures are pointed out by colors:
- mandatory procedure for deployment.
- if customer uses the feature, procedure must be followed in deployment, preferably.
