The Withholding Informative Statement is a tax liability under the laws of the Income Tax (ISR) and Value Added Tax (IVA), which must be presented in the year subsequent to the fiscal year, through Multiple Information Declaration (DIM).

This routine allows you to generate a file with .TXT extension to provide to the program of Multiple Information Statement information regarding transactions with its suppliers. All information is generated according to a pre-configured layout.

Procedures

1. In the routine TIO Record (Type of Inflow and Outflow), configure the field Payment Key and enter the service code..

2. In Tax Records module, select the option Miscellaneous/File Magnetic/Normative Instructions and enter the routine parameters, as described below:

Initial Date?

Enter the start date to process the Normative Instruction.

Final Date?

Enter the end date to process the Normative Instruction.

Instr. Normative Instruction?

Enter Normative Instruction to be processed. DIRMEX

File Destination File?

Enter the file name to be created. Example: DIRMEX.txt

Directory?

Enter the destination directory of magnetic media in question.

Select Branch?

This question must be filled out with No, as the branches indicated in the wizard will be considered.

3. After the confirmation, a new window is displayed with the specific parameters for the generation of DIRMEX. Fill out data according to the following instructions:

Branch From

The initial branch must be entered to be considered in the magnetic file generation,

Branch Until

The final branch must be entered to be considered in the magnetic file generation.

Supplier From

The initial vendor must be informed to be considered in the magnetic file generation.

Store From

You must enter the store of the initial vendor to be considered in the generation of the magnetic file.

Supplier Until

The final vendor must be informed to be considered in the magnetic file generation.

Store Until

You must enter the store of the final vendor to be considered in the generation of the magnetic file.

4. Click Finish to generate the file.
