1. In Normative Instructions.

2. Click Parameters.

3. Fill out the fields according to the following description:

Initial Date

Enter the initial date to be considered when processing the data.

End Date

Enter the final date to be considered when processing the data.

Normative Instruction

Enter configuration file to be used without the .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter SIAPIB.

File Target File

Enter the text file's name where the data are created. Example: SIAP.TXT.

Directory

Enter the directory's name where the text file created is saved. Example: C:\

4. Click OK.

5. A file generation descriptive window is displayed. Click Next.

6. A window with specific parameters for the file generation is displayed;

Province:

Enter about which province the information is generated. Noting that the System contemplates the provinces:

• Buenos Aires
• Entre Ríos;
• Neuquén;
• Corrientes.

Tax (perceptions):

Enter about which tax the information is generated. This information is necessary to determine in which system field the values of the selected province are saved.

File Type:

Enter the type of information that you want to generated: withholdings or taxes:

• Buenos Aires (taxes and withholdings);
• Entre Rios (taxes and withholdings);
• Neuquén (taxes);
• Corrientes (taxes and withholdings).

Withholding system (Entre Ríos):

Enter the withholding system code to which the taxpayer belongs. This information is necessary for the generation of the file related to the province of Entre Rios. System examples:

001         Ag.Ret. Sector Oficial;

002         Ag.Ret. Sector Profesional;

003         Ag.Ret. Sector Tarjetas CPR/C;

004         Ag.Ret. Sector Privados;

005         Ag.Ret. Sector Seguros;

006         Ag.Ret. Sector Avícola;

007         Ag.Ret. Sector Ventas Domiciliarias;

008         Ag.Ret. Sector Prod/May Combustible;

010         Reg.Ret SIRCREB Locales.

Withholding system (Entre Ríos):

Enter the tax system code to which the taxpayer belongs. This information is necessary for the generation of the file related to the province of Entre Rios. System examples:

010         Ag.Perc. Serv. Com. P/Remises

011         Ag.Perc. Régimen Gral. May/I

012         Ag.Perc. Faena/Comercial Ganando Bovino

013         Ag.Perc. Empresa Ventas Domiciliarias

014         Ag.Perc. Rod/May Combustible

7. Click Finish. The file is generated with the name indicated in Target File and in the directory Directory.
