To add the file ARCIBA.INI in the directory SXS:

1. In Magnetic Files, click Files by Checking.
2. In Parameters select the file ARCIBA.ini of the Federal Capital IB tax withholding, the initial and final period must have the same month and year.
3. Check the data and confirm it.
