Types of Generated Records

DMS separately imports the Invoices Generated (outflow) and Invoices Received (inflow) registers. Therefore, the system generates two different magnetic files for each record.

Record Type C - Services Provided for Individuals

For this register, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Record file, only from outflow transactions of services for natural persons.

Record Type C - Services Provided for Foreign Acquirers

For this register, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Record file, only from outflow transactions of services for contractor outside the country.

Record Type C - Services Provided for Legal Entities

For this register, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Record file, only from outflow transactions of services for legal persons.

Record Type T - Services from Brazilian Providers with Invoice

For this register, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Record file, only from inflow transactions of services for resident in the country with invoice.

Record Type P - Services from Brazilian Providers without Invoice

Record not completed by system.

Record Type P - Services from Providers out of Brazil without Invoice

Record not completed by system.

Record Type F - Services from Providers out of Brazil with Invoice

For this register, the information is generated according to data saved in Tax Record file, only from inflow transactions of services for resident outside the country with invoice.
