This release option reevaluates products stock requested in sale orders.

Procedures

To use automatic release option:

1. In the Stock Release maintenance window, the system displays the routine parameter screen.

2. Select stock blocking type that must be considered in the display:

• Credit/Stock

Displays orders that were blocked by credit and stock.

• No Restriction

Display all orders, regardless of previous blocks.

• Only WMS

Display orders blocked by WMS.

• All Blocks

Display only orders blocked by stock.

3. Select Automatic option.

The system displays the routine parameters screen.

4. Fill out parameters and confirm.

5. Observe content of the parameter:

• About Stock?

Indicates which blocking mode is considered:

• Stock Block/WMS

Indicate that two blocks, stock and WMS, can be released.

• WMS Block

Indicates the WMS block restriction to avoid that remaining are released.

6. Check the data and confirm it.

The system displays the routine parameters screen.

7. Click OK to confirm release.
