This field defines how to consider the application of the withheld ICMS profit margin, allowing to overcome the regular situations where the margin is applied. Field options:
- 1 (Never): never applies the entered withheld ICMS profit margin to the tax base.
- 2 - Apply: applies the profit margin according to the system default configuration
- 3 - Always: always applies the entered withheld ICMS profit margin to the tax base

Important
To include situations where the customer has a rated tax base defined by the minimum value rather than by the average market price, check parameter MV_MKPICPT, which purpose is to define if in the calculation of rated tax base ICMS solidário, the profit margin must be considered.
