This routine registers suppliers and customers that will participate in the Notice but are not part of the company's customer register yet. If the pre-supplier is the winner, the system will register it as a supplier in the system.

Procedures

To register a new participant:

1. In Participants, click Add.
2. Fill out the fields according to field help instructions.
3. Click OK and confirm the new participant.
