Delivery Term | The SINCO application must be used by corporations obliged to provide to the Federal Revenue Department the digital files and systems, under the terms of art. 11, Law 8,218/91 (edited by the Provisional Measure 2,158-35 dated 24/08/01). When these files are requested by the Federal Revenue Department, the SINCO application must be used in compliance with the legislation concerning digital file presentation in the Normative Instruction SRF 86, dated October 22 2001. |
