To enable the control of changes, set the MV_HISTTAB parameter to .T.Thus, each change confirmed in the Product Register is registered in the Registration Changes table (AIF).

Product changes are only controlled if the Product Description or Profit Margin are changed (fields B1_DESC, B1_PICMENT and B1_PICMRET). A new record is created in the AIF table after each change confirmed in these fields.

Procedures

The Register Changes table (AIF) is used by the Tax Records team, with the following functions:

• MSCONHIST (MATXFUNC.PRX): query history of changes;
• MSGRVHIST (MATXFUNC.PRX): save history of changes (Customers/Suppliers and Products).

Types of Generated Records

• File header

Information obtained through the routine configuration wizard.

• GIA header

Information obtained through the Company Register and the routine configuration wizard.

• Total of Frame 1 – Inflows and Frame 2 - Outflow

Information obtained through Tax Records, Customer Register and Supplier Register.

• Inflow of goods, assets and/or acquisition of services - Frame 1

Information obtained from Tax Records.

• Outflow of goods, assets and/or service provision - Frame 2

Information obtained through Tax Records, Customer Register and Supplier Register.
