The Chart of Accounts file is one of the principal files in the Management Accounting environment. It allows to register all the Ledger Accounts used for reporting tax and management information.
In the screen lower area, there are eight fields divided into two columns related to additional information. The four firsts fields (Accept activity?) establishes if the entity will use all additional information and the other four fields (Compulsory Activity?), establish compulsory activities. Data can be configured as compulsory or optional. If Yes is chosen for compulsoriness, the system requires an additional activity. Additional activities are filled out in the Entries routine. |
