Station

This register defines all configurations of a station so as to use fiscal printers, drawers, readers, scales, displays, verification of checks, integration with EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) and other modules (Point of Sales and Credit Analysis).

In a store, each work station can carry out a specific activity and work with different equipment. Thus, the system is flexible enough to allow these configurations.

Direct Transaction with EFT and transaction printed on invoice

Clients who have the Invoicing module containing Direct Sales on the menu have the invoice issued after concluding a sale. When selecting the Credit Card or Debit Card option, you must perform the operation as configured in the Station register.

If you cannot use a printer to print the EFT receipt, EFT receipt data must be printed in the invoice.

Routines involved in this process are: Cash Summary, Wizard for setting the till float, Wizard for cashing up, Password Configuration and Cash.

For Puerto Rico and the United States, the station registration allows configuration to create JOURNAL file, which is a copy of the receipt printed. This file can be used for audits.

The file-handling routines of the modules Store Control (SIGALOJA), Point of Sale (SIGAFRT), and Credit Analysis (SIGACRD) are not reading or writing data to the client's local drive when the system is running by remote HTML.

The station registration routine should not be initiated and the message \ "Routine not available when run from the Internet Browser\" is displayed.

The following conditions are necessary:

...

  • The parameter MV_AUTOCOM must be set to 0 (Zero).

...

  • Integration with SIGACRD module must be disabled.
