Add Attachment through Upload
01. Click Add upload attachment Load files.

This button allows the user to upload the file the user wishes to attach to the request. Upload is the transfer of the file that is in from the user's computer to the platform's server. It is required because, for an attachment to be published in the platformposted, it must initially first be written to in a platform area used for files to be publishedfile posting area. |
02. Enter a description that identifies the new attachment.03. Upload the file Select the file(s) to be attached through Explorer.

04. In the publishing files list, check the file sent as main.

All attachment publishing should have only a main file, the other sent files can be checked as publishing attachments, when required. |
You can drag the file when transferring it directly to the screen for posting new attachments. |
03. Click Open in Explorer to start the transfer05. Check if it clears the upload directory when posting.

When checked, it indicates that, with the attachment publishing, the upload directory files should be deleted. |
06. Click Confirm.

Uploaded attachments are not automatically posted in ECM. To do so, to follow the procedure described in item Post Uploaded Attachment. |
