Description
Labels keys are be sent to translation server using a web service. After each login is checked if new labels exists and are sent to translation server .

IMPORTANT: English and Russian version of logged items are picked up from HOM_TRANSL ennvironment, so it is mandatory that this environment is updated with TRES patch and Flavour tables.
