The option available in Other Actions / Initial Configuration allows you to save time using basic pre-completed registers. The feature uses the basic registers standardized with the CNJ (National Council of Justice), structured as a tree, with 5 levels until the Action Type Description itself, though it may use less levels, depending on the case. This feature assumes the need to access the Internet through the Protheus server, and may be activated at any moment with no loss to the records already created. When active, the system checks whether the default items are registered and, if an item is missing, the routine creates the complement. To use this feature, the Protheus server must access the internet, because every time the initial configuration is activated, the routine checks the information offered in the CNJ (National Council of Justice) server. See how to use the fields described below: CNJ Hierarchy: Shows all hierarchy levels of the action type. Example: Youth and Juvenile Court. Cod. CNJ: Displays the action type code. Example: 1455 Description: This field has the lowest hierarchy level. Example: Youth and juvenile court precatory letter. In case of connection problems, the system displays a warning letter. |
