If needed, you can adjust the quantity of a consolidator. For example, if the quantity of an asset is 15, you can change the quantity stored in the consolidator to a value less than the quantity available in the asset balance table (SN3).

REQUIRED FIELDS:

Used as single identifier (Exclusive Key) for import purposes, as follows: N1_FILIAL; N1_CBASE; N1_ITEM.

OPTIONAL FIELDS:

Used as filters (facilitator) for importing more specific items. For example: Asset with same code and item with different types. They are:

N1_GRUPO; N3_TIPO; N1_AQUISIC; N1_QUANTD; N1_DESCRIC; N1_CHAPA; N1_PRODUTO; N1_NFISCAL; N1_NSERIE; N1_LOCAL.

Notes:

• • • When you do not use a field, leave it blank and keep the order in accordance with line 1
    • You must respect the quantity field only when smaller than or equal to the asset quantity at the company. If larger, import it with the total number of the asset at the company.
    • The import works as a facilitator when creating the consolidator. You should validate the import result before finishing to record the consolidator.
    • In the example above we have assets from different branches. For multibranch to work, see its configuration in item 0.3.5.
