This folder defines the taxes this product is subjected to. This information is used in the Inflow Document and Outflow Document for calculating the taxes due and refundable.
Main Fields and Controls
- VAT Perc. - Value Added Tax (VAT)
Enter the VAT calculation percentage, whenever it differs from the default 12% amount defined in the Variable Tax Register.
- Product Classification Type
Enter the product classification type; that is, whether it is a good or a service. This information refers to the VAT calculation, where: B = Goods and S = Services. This is a required field.
- To calculate the Tax per Special Consumption (ICE), the ICE Tax Code field saves the rate in this register. The fields ICE Code (stipulated by law) and the ICE Percentage field must also be filled out.
