Creation of Filters

  1. To create a Filter, access the Filter option in the routine, on the top left area of the screen.
  2. At this moment the Filter screen opens. See the options available on the screen footer, which are:
    • Confirm;
    • Delete;
    • Add;
    • Close;
    • Related Features;

3. Click Add. On the screen displayed, notice the Type field and, next to it, use the magnifying glass to view all fields available for the filter.

4. Select the field, structure the expression and click Confirm.

5. The system returns to the previous screen, now click Add, at the bottom left of the screen.

6. Use one of the available logic operators (AND, OR) and select a field with default query. Notice the magnifying glass displayed at the right of the Expression field for default query selection.

7. Enter the name of the filter with a random description. The non definition of a filter causes the System to name the filter as ADVPL. Click Confirm.

8. View addition of filter with the description defined. Again, click Confirm.

Edition of Filters

  1. Identify the filter you wish to edit. Find, on the left side, the icon Edition.
  2. This option allows you add more expressions to the existing filter.
  3. The Elements available right below the Filter Name are:
    • ICMS Rate above 10;
    • or;
    • Type equal to 'KT' (Options: Substitute, Add Before, Add After, Delete);
    • or; (Options: Substitute, Add Before, Add After, Delete);
    • Group equal to '0004';
    • Expiration Date Equal to 20; (Options: Substitute, Add Before, Add After, Delete);

...

5. As an example, use for the filter being edited the Element Type equal to 'KT' and Substitute.

6. See that the Element selected becomes highlighted with a different color and the Expression field assumes, in this example, KT. Moreover, the Element used also takes on the name of the executed filter.

7. The System allows its substitution, for any other expression (involving any field), for parenthesis and logical operators (AND, OR).

8. Within the Elements find also available the Delete option. This option eliminates the filter element.

9. When you add an incorrect filter function, the validation is not executed. The system displays a screen notifying Filter Content Error.

10. You can deselect the Edition Mode option to view the expression as text and also copy it.
