Caption
Applicants showed in the screen are classified according to the following caption:
| • |  - Available |
It defines which applicants (according to Resumés registry) are still available. That is, applicants that were not hired but were (or not) submitted to previous selecting process.
| • |  - Hired |
It defines which applicants were submitted to the selecting process and also were hired.
| • |  - Employee |
Among applicants, it defines which employees are suited to the available vacancies, according to parameters definition.
