Speaking of changing registration status...

Changing the registration status allows manually passing or failing students, changing their course score if necessary, in addition to canceling registrations.

Whenever a course has a minimum approval score, students must reach such score in order to be manually approved; otherwise, the score must be changed and then the student can be approved.

The same applies to failing cases. If the student has a score equal or greater than the minimum score required by the course, such student cannot be failed. In this case, his/her score must first be changed before he/she can be failed.

Painel
Users who wish to change the status of registrations must have this permission defined in the Control Panel Permissions – feature: Learning - Change of registration status; option: active Status.
