Speaking of managing registered students...

Managing registered students allows canceling student registrations in classes, training courses and tracks, as well as locking and unlocking registrations in classes.

A canceled registration implies loss of course progress (i.e. if students are registered in the same course once again, they are required to perform all of its items again).

When a registration is merely locked, students lose access to the class and its items, but information regarding their progress is kept. When their registration is unlocked, they can resume the course from where they left off.

Locked registrations can also be canceled (i.e. a student that has a locked registration can have their registration in the class effectively canceled). In this case, the student loses all progress in the class, similarly to cases of canceled registrations.
