Speaking of Publish Document in communities ...

The Documents tab is a species specific documents the navigation community. It is possible to publish documents and create folder structures as desired.

This tab only appears if the administrator or moderator enable it to the community, i.e. define the community allows the publication of documents.

All options available for documents in document navigation-such as publication drag'n drop and advanced publishing of documents-are applied to this community tab. More detailed information about the actions available can be found at [arquivada] Add new folder,

Post a document in a community

01. In the community where the document will be posted, click the Documents icon Image Added that represents posting with documents.

02. A window for document selection will open, through the Upload, Community, or Entire repository tabs, where you can choose the document to be posted.

The tabs represent:

  • Upload - document can be uploaded from all folders created within the company documents;
  • Community - document can be published through the files published in the folder corresponding to the community for document storage;
  • Entire repository - all folders created within the company documents.

03. Choose which tab and folder the document to be published is in and select the document.

04. Click Insert.

05. The document will be attached next to the community text posting bar, add text if you wish.

06. In the emoji icon Image Addedyou can add emojis next to the post if you want. If the attached document is not right for the post, you can remove it through the X located in the right corner of the document.

07. Click Post.

To create a new folder, trigger new click New folder and publish post it in to the navigation. Additional information about creating folders and other options available for folders can be obtained in Add new folder.in Folder

Additional information about the option load uploading files or about the other options available for documents can be obtained on Add new documentin Document.

04. Locate Find and select the document to be publishedposted.

When selecting you select the document, it will be created as long as the user has write permission in at the chosen location.

You can track the progress of the publication post at the bottom of the window. To view the process details of the process, press click the arrow located in the upper-right corner of the progress window.

To cancel the upload of a document upload, simply press click the Cancel option Cancel, located next to the document name, or Cancel all, located beside next to the frame box that shows displays the upload progress of the upload, if more than one document is being created.

If any inconsistencies occur during the uploaduploading, you can activate the option click View details and check the see a description of what happened.


Post to multiple communities from one community

01. Access the community in which you wish to post.

02. With the post document ready, click Post on.

03. The list of communities will be displayed.

Alternative Path

Select the desired communities. You can choose as many communities as you wish. There are no limits to adding communities.

Note that the selected communities will be featured in tag format. If you wish to switch a community, just click the X next to each community's name and make the necessary switch. The post will be made in the first selected community and displayed as shared in the other communities.

05. In the emoji icon Image Added you can add emojis next to the post if you want.

06. Click Post. 


Share Document

01. In the community where the document is published, the Documents tab.

02. Locate the document to be shared.

03. Trigger the sharing icon Image Added, located to the right of the name of the document you want to share.

04. Press Share.

05. Select the users or communities you want to share the document with.

06. If you want to enter a comment about the sharing.

07. Click Share.
