This register stores the data of those responsible for the company's accounting transactions, such as partners, stockholders, owners, and others who represent the company.

A code for identification of relationship with participant is saved, so that system administrator can save, block or unblock the configuration.

See codes presented:

• 00 – Head Office.
• 01 - Branch, including agencies, facilities and branches abroad.
• 02 - Associated company, including equivalent.
• 03 – Controlling company.
• 04 - Controlled company (except wholly-owned subsidiary).
• 05 - Wholly-owned subsidiary.
• 06 - Jointly-controlled company.
• 07 - Entity of specific purpose (according to definition of CVM).
• 08 - Participant of the group, according to specific rules of regulatory body, except those that conform to previous types.
• 09 - Associated (Art. 23 of Law 9.430/96), except those classified in the previous types.
• 10 - Located in country with supported rate (Clause of Law 9,430/96).

Procedures

Registering participants:

1. In Participants, select Add.

The system displays the addition screen.

2. Fill in the data in accordance with field help instructions.

3. Check and Confirm the data.
