When the exchange rate variation is apportioned, the system writes a record in table SE5 (Bank transactions), with field E5_TIPODOC = VM (Indexation). This record is linked to the bill but makes no change to its balance , since it is made only to account for the change in the period. Now, within the new table structure of the FKx family, this process will be saved:
