To add a new chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Click the +Add button;

3)

Enter the fields according to the sequence:

a)

Chart Template: Select the desired chart - Financial / Natures;

b) Status:

indicate if the chart is disabled or enabled for viewing;

c)

Title: Enter a title for the chart;

d) Chart Help

: This functionality allows you to enter a help description for the chart;

e)

Chart Type: Select the chart type. The options are: Line and Bar;

f)

Filters:

Start Date: Enter the start date for the Nature filter;
     

End Date: Enter the end date for the Nature filter;

Note: The basis for the Nature filter will always be the start month and the end month of the dates entered.

Which Currency: This information is for converting the database values to the selected currency. If the selected currency, for example, is Dollar, all transactions in other currencies will be converted to the Dollar rate of the day;

Note: For a correct conversion, the currency rate must be registered in the table using the currency routine (Table SM2). If no rate is registered, Dash will display a message alerting for the need of a rate.

     Balance type: This information is used for displaying the desired chart. If you select "all", the "Expected", "Executed" and "Budgeted" charts will be presented; otherwise, only the selected chart will be presented.

     As to temporary bills

     Tipo de Saldo: Esta informação será utilizada para exibição do gráfico desejado. Se marcado a opção "todos", os gráficos de "Previsto", "Realizado" e "Orçado" serão apresentados, ou será apresentado somente o(s) gráfico(s) escolhido(s);

 The options are:
         

Do Not Consider - Natures transferred with bills from the types above will not be added to the charts;
         

Consider Only Expense - Only natures transferred with expense type bills will be added to the charts;
         

Consider Only Revenue - Only natures transferred with revenue type bills will be added to the charts;
         

Consider Both - All natures transferred with bills from the above types will be added to the charts.

Display Summarized Nature:
         

 If you enter "Yes": This information will present the "Summarized Nature" field in nature details with its respective parent code (detailed nature) entered in the nature registration (Table SED - Field ED_PAI)

 If you enter "No": This option will hide the "Detailed Nature" field in nature details. 

g)

Click the Save button to complete the operation:

To edit a chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Select the chart you wish to edit and click the Edit icon;

3)

Edit the desired information;

4) Click the Save button to complete the operation:

To enable or disable a chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Select the chart you wish to enable or disable;

3)

Click the icon in the View column:

To delete a chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Select the chart you wish to delete;

3)

Click the garbage bin icon to delete the chart;

4) Click the Confirm button to complete the operation:

To search a chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Enter the title of the chart you wish to filter;

3)

Note: To remove the filter, just delete the filter item        Obs.: Para retirar o filtro, basta excluir o item do filtro.

To search a chart

:

1)

Click the Manage charts menu;

2)

Click Advanced search;

3)

Enter the chart you wish to filter;

In the chart maintenance, you can manage the columns displayed in the grid.

To manage the columns, click the gear icon to select which columns you wish to display, as in the example below:
