In previous registration, several fields are connected with the generation of On-line GISS . Learn about them and how to fill them out:

1. In Customer Register routine:

  • Activity Code

Code of customer activity.

  • Simples Nacional Taxpayer

Indicates that the customer is a Simples Nacional taxpayer.

  • Construction Code

Code of customer construction. This field generates information for the Construction Code record (GISSPTJC.INI and GISSPTFC.INI).

  • Country Acronym

Acronym of the service acquirer country.

  • Type of Classification

Classification table defined by ISS Rule according to the establishment activity.

  • City Code

Code in which the state identifies the customer city.

2. In Tax Records routine:

  • ISS Service Code

ISS Service Code used to detail the operation for the local government.

  • CNAE

Economic activity code in service rendered.

In files of services provided, enter the code of service provider activity in the field Activity or Service Provided. If service provider has more than one CNAE, it must be related to service provided, which means, registered in Table SB1. If the field is not found in Table SB1 or SF3 or if the content is blank, the code displayed is the one from CNAE field of Company Register.

  • ISS

Deduction value for ISS tax base, calculated when billing the service regarding the values of subcontracting.

  • ISS

Deduction value for ISS tax base, calculated when billing the service regarding the values of material used.

3. In Supplier Register routine:

  • Country Acronym

Acronym of the service provider country.

  • Activity Code

Code of provider activity.

  • Simp Nac Taxp

Supplier is a Simples Nacional taxpayer.

4. In Generic Product Register:

  • CNAE

Enter the Economic Activity Code (CNAE) related to this service. This field is used for generation of different ISS magnetic media, in which you need to enter different CNAEs for different services.
