For this treatment, the build must be 7.00.100812P – Sep  1  2010 or superior, and TotvsPrinter.exe must be equal or after 10/28/2010. For sources appropriate compilation, copy includes RPTDEF.CH and FWPrintSetup.CH from Customer Portal.

LIB update can be performed through the Customer Portal. The source FWMSPRINTER.PRW must present date equal or after 10/28/2010, and FWPrintSetup.prw, with date equal or higher than 10/25/2010.

In the event of using DANFEII.prw and DANFEIII.prw with date equal or after 09/23/2010, it is compulsory to use TOTVSPRINTER.EXE. Save this executable in the directories Server and Remote in the System root.

SPENFE.PRX must be equal or after 11/04/10.

If it uses RDMAKE prior to the aforementioned date, it is necessary to exclude TFontEx from these models.

TOTVS® Printer Extension allows printing reports in printer or PDF.

Printer

For the printing to occur properly, check if type of paper configured corresponds to the paper used when generating the report. Despite TOTVS® Printer Extension informing the printer the type of paper to be used, in some cases, it is used the printer configuration in Control Panel of the operational system. So, it is important to check and confirm that the paper configured in Printing preferences corresponds to the report paper.

PDF

Some viewers of the PDF file may distort from PDF real metric during printing, changing size and margins.

For the PDF viewer to print with the same metric of physical printing, some adjustments are required when printing.

It is recommended to use the ACROBAT READER, free program found in several websites.
