The reprocessing of pending quotations validates the documents which are pending, duplicated or with transmission error in the POS and which were not processed to the back office.
Procedures
To configure the access of reprocessing in the cash register:
- In Permission, click Execute Z Reduction without Reprocessing.
- Enter the access released to the selected cash register operator.
- Do the same procedure to the cash register operator that do not have access, indicating if the access must be denied or if a superior release is required.
- Confirm the change.
