Enter if the Quality Protheus modules are integrated to the Personnel Management module, not enabled the option Add employees.

N

MV_QIMPRCQ

Enter if the report printing Quality Certificate will be printed, without entering the General Report of inspection needs.

N = do not print the Quality certificate without entering the General Report;

S = print the Quality certificate without entering the General Report.

N

MV_QINOBFM

When the instrument is not required and the test has linked families:

1 = Enable instrument

2 = Do not enable

3 = Enable Lab Report

1

MV_QINVLTX

Enter if validates the instrument requirement for tests type Text.

1 = Yes

2 = No

2

MV_QIPAVIS

Used to enter a warning message on measurement registration.

S

MV_QIPFROT

Enter if should be used a primary operation route, of product specification, on Production Order opening.

T

MV_QIPMAT

Enter if the Inspection Process module is integrated with Materials.

S

MV_QIPMULT

Define the number of processes to be run by the routine, limited to 15 (fifteen) processes. This is because the greater the number of processes, the greater also the consumption processing.

Example: 1= will be run one process, 2 = two processes, etc.

1

MV_QIPOPEP

Define data priority in relation to the operation between the Process Inspection and Planning and Production Control modules, where:

1 - Production Control and Planning;

2 - Process Inspection.

2

MV_QIPQMT

Integration between the Process Inspection and Metrology modules.

S

MV_QIPQNC

Integration between the Process Inspection and Non-Conformity Control modules.

1

MV_QLINS

Enter the instrument validation limit.

3

MV_QPCAROT

Enter if the OP data Optimized Load will be run. Only the simplified layout.

1

MV_QPCERPR

Certify the production with tests to inspect by skip-test evaluation.

N

MV_QPCPROP

Load the first Operation on Results screen or make possible to the user to load the accepted operation.

1 = Yes

2 = No.

Only the Simplified layout

2

MV_QPDELG2

Enter if, at deleting operations from the QIP module (table QQK) should also be automatically deleted the operations from the PCP module (table SG2). Options for this parameter:

T=True, to delete tables in both modules;

F=False, that maintain PCP operation deleted on QIP module.

F

MV_QPIESMD

Define if IGNORE essays without measurements on Lab Report, even if they are Required

1 = Yes

2 = No

2

MV_QPINAUT

Enter the automatic usage from the first measurement instrument(s).

S

MV_QPINDIS

Enter the report that makes unavailable the Production Order.

E

MV_QPINSOB

Enter if instrument specification is mandatory for results recording (SIGAQIP)

S

MV_QPJUSLA

Reason for production order report certified by the skip-lot evaluation.

T

MV_QPLDNIV

Define the level that the user should have, to issue lab reports, operation and general, respectively. The first position refer to the Lab Report, the second to the Operation Report, and the third and last to the General Report. The levels should be defined with value between 0 and 9.

000

MV_QPLGAPR

When there is no Operation Report, the General Report should be: S (Approved), N (Rejected) or I (Equal to Lab Report)

S

MV_QPLRAST

Enter if it will accept only the Totally Approved (T) or Partially Approved (P) report.

N

MV_QPMEAUT

Enter the online results collection instrument usage.

N

MV_QPNRSER

Enter if there is Production Order control and the product serial number.

F

MV_QPOPINT

Define if the generated production orders for intermediary production by means of OP explosion routing will be inspected. Options:

T=True, it indicates will be inspected;

F=False, it indicates will not be inspected.

T

MV_QPRESNC

Consider results that are not specified as non-conformities.

N

MV_QPSKLPR

Enter the initial number of production for ski-lot application.

S

MV_QPVMDEL

Define if it will VALIDATE the deleted register for a required test in Report measurement.

1 = Yes

2 = No

2

MV_QVLDTHR

Allow to retroact measurement dates. It can be set as:

1 – the system validates if the measurement date/time is greater or equal to the database system, greater or equal to the entry date to the lab and equal or greater than the Production Order date.

2 – the system consist if the measurement date is greater than Production Order Date.
