Concerning return invoice of product sales with Traceability, you can query available lots, making the return process faster.
Procedures
Querying lots while adding a Credit and Debit Note:
- In the maintenance window of Credit and Debit Note, fill out header data.
- In the Product field, select the code of the product you want.
- Press F8 to select the Available Lots.
The window Balances per Lot is displayed.
4. Select the lot to be returned and click OK.
The Lot field in the inflow document is updated automatically.
