For the DFC - GI to be properly generated, it is necessary to perform the following procedures:

1. After importing DFC data, the information about the following fields must be manually added through DFC-GI2007 program.

DFC

Chart 17 (Goods and Service Inflows) - Beginning Inventory on 01/01/2006: In the code 823 of DFC, transcribe the total value of the beginning inventory mentioned in the Inventory Record. This value must be similar to the final inventory declared in DFC with 2006 as the base year.

Chart 18 (Goods and Service Outflows) - Ending Inventory on 31/12/2006: In the code 921 of DFC, transcribe the total value of the ending inventory mentioned in the Inventory Record on 31/12/2006, or on the activity ending date.

Frame 19 (Inflows Addition/Deletion) – Field 671 (Values to Delete)

Frame 23 (Details)

Frame 24 (Deductions) – Field 655 (Services rendering subject to ISS Municipal)

The DFC and GI Filling Instructions Guide must be queried for filling the frames above.

2. Note how the routine parameters are filled out.
