1. In Normative Instructions, click Parameters.

The routine description screen is displayed.

2. Complete the parameters, noting:

Start Date? - Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date? - Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction? - Enter normative instruction to be processed. For this magnetic media, enter DMSSALCC.

Target File? - You must enter file name as follows:

BBBBBBFFFDD_MMAAAA_TT.DFI where:

• BBBBBB: CGA base number
• FFF: CGA branch
• DD: CGA digit
• MM: qualification month
• AAAA: qualification year
• TT: type of service provided
• NNN: sequence to generate file

Target Directory? - Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved. Ex: C:\DMS\

3. Check parameters and confirm them.

4. After filling out routine parameters, specific parameters of DMS - Salvador are displayed:

CGA Number? - Enter the taxpayer's municipal subscription number (CGA).

Service Type? - Enter type of service provided by tax payer. It can be:

• SG - Other general services taxed by ISS
• AD - Financial institution and credit card providers
• ED - Education
• NP - Non-service providers
• SU -One-profession Society
• CC - Civil Construction

Service Subd.? - Enter subdivision of service. It can be:

• CS - Civil Construction and Refurbishment in Salvador
• CO - Civil Construction and Refurbishment in Other Cities
