To whom it is applicable

To wholesale or retail sale establishments presenting goods inventories that are entering tax replacement system.

Purpose

Inform the State Revenue the existing inventory of goods to be under tax replacement system, value of ICMS due and number of installments for payment.

Delivery Term

Collects the tax in the terms provided in the legislation, according to the issue of GA - Tax Collection Form with the code 312. The stocktaking month must be mentioned as reference, and the respective installment date as due date.

To register products with MVA, information is generated according to tax exception register and product register. For that, check the parameter MV_ESTADO for search in tax exception table. Product Taxation Group, profit margin, and destination rate are checked. Then, check Product Register table. The Product Group field must be filled out. For product stock, the SFK table is checked. This table must present balances in inventory for products with tax replacement.
