You can maintain product registers and update their complementary data in a single screen, according to the configuration of parameters displayed using the [F12] key.

For that, before adding or editing a product, in the maintenance window of Product Register, press [F12]. The Parameters windows is displayed. Configure the question Prod. and Complement? with Yes.

The product register maintenance screen is displayed, divided into folders: Product and Complement.

Product registration is faster if you use Copy in the menu of the products maintenance window.

Parameter MV_AVALINT contemplates the integration with active unique message and the use of Item message on version 1,000. When it is enabled with code equal to .T., upon adding a product, the internal value recorded will be the product code only, otherwise the branch + product code is recorded. If the content is equal to .F., the existing standard rule is maintained.

Procedures

To add a product:

1. 1. In Products, select WMS Wizard.
   2. A screen is displayed with the routine purpose. Click Next. 

Then, a screen is displayed to register Products, divided into the following folders:

• • Registers
  • Taxes
  • MRP/Supplies
  • QC Folder
  • Service
  • Copyright 
  • Extended Warranty
  • Others

3. Fill out the required information and click Next.

4. Then, a screen is displayed to register the product Complementary Data, divided into the folders:

• • Registers
  • Sales
  • Logistics
  • Wms
  • Others

5. Fill out the required information, entering data in the fields Warehouse Zone and Industrial Unit of Measurement in the WMS tab and click Next.

6. The next screen is displayed to register the Supply Sequence for this product. Fill out the required data and click Next. 

7. The end screen is displayed with the following items selected:

• • Required initial data
  • Product complementary data
  • Supply sequence
