List Employees

The option List Emplo. allows update of the people/employee registration based on the employee registration (SRA). Thus, while executing it, the records included in the employee shall be added to the database in the people/employee registration.

In order to list the employee and personnel registration, make sure the file MSRELRDZ.INI is available in directory of files SXs. The standard Protheus installation path is \Protheus_data\system, which may have been altered in the system installation. Check with your information technology department.


Procedures:

To list employees:


1.In the maintenance screen of People/Employees Registration, select Add. Partic.


The system displays the Employees Relationship window with the following options in Related Features:


•List


(option used for the Performance Appraisal and Survey)

This option allows relating employees registration data (SRA table) with the registration data of people/employees (RD0 table). This relationship is made through the CPF of the employee and updates the table (RDZ table) People x Entities (table RDZ).

Once this option is selected, the system displays the confirmation message List Inactive Employess?. When Yes is selected, fired employees shall be imported from the People registration with their status Active.

It is important to emphasize that in the first relationship, you must execute this option, so that the RDZ table (People x Entities) starts.



•Update


The option Update allows importing of data from the employee registration(SRA) to the database of the people/employees registration (SR0).

Once this option is selected, the system also displays the confirmation message List Inactive Employees?. When Yes is selected, fired employees shall be imported from the People file with their status Inactive.


•Both


This option allows importing of data from the employee registration (SRA) to the database of the people/employees registration (SR0), also updating the table (RDZ) People x Entities.

Once this option is selected, all people will be Active in their status, regardless of their condition in the Employees Registration.


2.Select the desired option and confirm processing.
