Cancel Revaluation

Enables you to reverse annual revaluation of assets, considering the following rules:


•Only revaluation after the last annual calculation of depreciation can be reversed. To reverse revaluation of other periods, you must reverse annual calculation of depreciation first.



•Reversal of revaluation must:



•Delete revaluation record added in the table SN3 - Financial Balance and Accounting Data;



•Delete records of revaluation transactions in the table SN4 - Asset Transactions;



•Account reversal of asset revaluation through the standard entry 80B - Deletion of Other Types of Assets.


Procedures

Canceling revaluation:


1.In Revaluation, click Cancel Revaluation.



2.Assets to have revaluation canceled are displayed.



3.Select the asset and confirm it.
