      <p> Uno de los puntos problemáticos para el equipo de ventas es la dificultad para administrar actividades. Muchas veces necesitan lidiar con informaciones desactualizadas o irrelevantes, ocupando el espacio en el feed de actividades y sin posibilidad de borrarlas. Esto acaba ocasionando mucha confusión, dificultando el uso del CRM. Para solucionar este problema, creamos un mecanismo de borrado de actividades. Este documento lo guiará por el proceso de uso de mejora.   </p>

      <p> En el registro de perfil de acceso, se agregó la opción "borrar" en el ítem de Actividad. Ahora, si los usuarios tuvieran permiso, podrán borrar registros de actividades. Además, los perfiles Creator y Master se editaron para que, de forma estándar, tengan este permiso.</p> <br>

        <p> Al hacer clic en la opción papelera mostrada de forma fija en cada registro de la lista de actividades, mostraremos un pop-up con un mensaje de confirmación de borrado. Al confirmar, eliminaremos el registro y desvincularemos la oportunidad o plan de acción relacionados.   </p>

Esta acción muestra un pop-up con un mensaje de confirmación de borrado. Al continuar, además de eliminar los registros seleccionados, el recurso realizará la desvinculación de las oportunidades o planes de acción relacionados con este.</p>
