In order for access to be possible, the SmartsyncApplication and SmartsyncWebApi services must have been previously initialized. When you open the applications, the browser will launch, opening the SmartSync home page which is located at Para que seja possível o acesso, é necessário que os serviços SmartsyncApplication e SmartsyncWebApi tenham sido previamente inicializados. Ao abrir as aplicações, o navegador será iniciado, abrindo a página inicial do SmartSync que fica em http://localhost:5000/home.

Connecting to Identity

In this section, you will enter the environment to be connected to AD. The default setting is the production environment: Nessa seção você preenche o ambiente a ser conectado com o AD, por padrão é o ambiente de produção: https://app.fluigidentity.com/.

Testar conexão: Confira se a conexão foi estabelecida para cada ambiente em que o AD cadastrado aponta. 

Configurações de proxy

Na configuração padrão do sistema, o SmartSync utiliza as configurações de proxy definidas no sistema operacional para conectar-se ao AD Sync.

Logs de eventos

Apresenta os logs registrados pelo SmartsyncWebApi e SmartsyncApplication. É possível exportar esse log no formato .txt, para ver o detalhamento dos eventos detectados. Entre os eventos registrados, estão: data e início da aplicação, ambiente conectado, testes de conexão, filtros usados para encontrar usuários e grupos, erros na inclusão de diretórios Active Directory.

01. Na seção Logs de eventos, escolha o log desejado: SmartsyncWebApi ou SmartsyncApplication.

02. Verifique o período que deseja acompanhar.

03. Clique em Exportar.

04. Localize o log a ser exportado.

Edit environment: Make protocol and environment changes in the fields below to test the connection to Identity.

Test connection: Check whether the connection was established for each environment where the registered AD points. 

Proxy settings

In the default system configuration, SmartSync uses the proxy settings defined in the operating system to connect to AD Sync.

Event logs

Displays the logs recorded by SmartsyncWebApi and SmartsyncApplication. You can export this log in .txt format to see the details of the detected events. Events that are logged include application date and start, connected environment, connection tests, filters used to find users and groups, and Active Directory inclusion errors.

01. In the Event Logs section, choose the desired log: SmartsyncWebApi or SmartsyncApplication.

02. Check the period you wish to track.

03. Click Export.

04. Locate the log to be exported.

05. Click Export05. Acione Exportar.

Active Directory

Nessa aba é realizada a inclusão dos diretórios do Active Directory que serão gerenciados pelo SmartSync.

On this tab, you can add the Active Directory directories that will be managed by SmartSync.

The Identity Status column identifies when the directory is active, enabling the import of users and permission groups

• Disconnected: When an Active Directory is inactive, it does not synchronize.
• Connected: When an Active Directory is active and synchronizing.

You can also see when a user/group import is in progress and when it is finished in each

01. No  In SmartSync, certifique-se de estar na aba make sure you are in the Active Directory tab.

02. Acione o botão AdicionarClick the Add button.

03. Na tela aberta, preencha as informações relacionadas ao Active Directory a ser sincronizado com o In the open screen, fill in the information related to the Active Directory to be synchronized with Identity.

04. Click Add04. Clique em Adicionar.

02. Localize o Locate the Active Directory a ser alteradoto change.

03. Acione Editar Image Removed localizado ao lado direito da coluna Situação Identity.Click Edit Image Added located to the right of the Identity Status column.

04. Update the necessary information on the open screen.04. Na tela aberta, corrija as informações necessárias. 

05. Clique em Editar para gravar as alterações Click Edit to save the changes.

Delete Active Directory

02. Localize o Locate the Active Directory a ser excluidoto be deleted.

03. Acione Excluir Image Removed localizado ao lado direito da coluna Situação IdentityClick DeleteImage Added located to the right of the Identity Status column.

04. Na mensagem de confirmação, marque a caixa de confirmação In the confirmation message, check the confirmation box.

05. Acione Excluir Click Delete.
