Query by Date

This option allows you to query applicants that were scheduled to a vacancy, through the option Applicant, Employee or Collective Schedule.

Procedures

To schedule applicants through a consult by date:

1.	In Schedule, select Query by Date option.

The search window is displayed.

2.	In the Query Applicant by Date field, inform date and confirm it.

In the left side of the screen, the system lists applicants that had their résumés linked to the informed vacancy.

3.	In the right side of the screen, selecting process data - defined to the placed applicant - are displayed.

4.	Change, add or delete the selecting process information, according to help field instructions.

To add new items in the process, press Down Indicator (Image Modified) to insert a new string.

5.	Once schedule by vacancy was checked, it is possible to send it by e-mail to the applicant, using the Send E-Mail option.
