To generate the DMS, Sorocaba:

1. Copy the configuration file DMSSO.INI to the \SYSTEM directory.

2. In Normative Instructions, the system displays the routine's description screen.

3. Click Parameters.

The routine parameters are displayed.

4. Pay attention to completion of the following data:

Start Date?

Enter the initial date for processing the Normative Instruction.

End Date?

Enter the final date for processing the Normative Instruction.

Normative Instruction?

Enter the configuration file name, without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter DMSSO.

Target File?

Enter the destination file name where the information is generated.

Target Directory?

Indicate the directory name where the text file generated from the calculation is saved.

Select Branches?

Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. When you enter No, only the current branch is considered; when you select Yes, the system displays a screen in which you must select the branches to be considered.

5. Check data and confirm them.

Specific DMS parameters are displayed on a configuration wizard's screen.

6. Complete the following data:

City Registration

Enter the number of taxpayer city registration.

DMS Version

Enter the DMS program version. Example: 300

7. Check data and confirm them.

A data check report with the statement's data is displayed.
