Enter if IPI levies on the inflow and outflow document. If yes, the system calculates the IPI and updates the tax credit in Tax Records, if the field Credit IPI is set to Yes. The available options for filling out the field Calculate IPI are:

• Y - Yes: calculates the transaction IPI.
  
• N - No: IPI does not levy on the transaction, that is, IPI value is not calculated.
  
• R - Non-wholesaler: calculates IPI with a 50% reduction in the tax base.

In this case, the acquiring part IPI taxpayer can calculate the tax liability for the transaction and credit 50% of the calculated value, even if it is not indicated in the inflow document.
