Use this routine to define the rules for the elaboration of public notices, such as limits per modality.

Procedures

To define the rules:

1. Access Bidding Rules.

2. Click Add and fill out fields according to field help instructions.

3. Access Related Features / Load Rules, the System displays a screen with the bidding rules registered.

4. Select a registered rule. View the screen for the selected rule.

5. On this screen, the fields marked with (*) are required.

6. View the Law field and enter the law to which the rule belongs.

7. In the center of the screen, find the following tabs:

• Bid Types.
• Price Record System.

8. At the bottom of the screen, view another group of tabs:

• Type - It lists the bid types allowed for each modality. It also allows you to remove the types not used in the process of the customer.
• Limits - It determines the range of values allowed for each modality.

a) Engineering sites and services

b) Purchases and other companies

• Flow - The Condition field is used to add a condition for automatic selection and, once entered, you cannot select/deselect the item on the Public Notice checklist.

9. Access Related Features / Load Stages.

• Stages - It defines the execution flow of Public Notice progress.
• Checklist - It lists the checklists available in the Checklists registers. The Public Notice stage.

10. Click Confirm. At this point, you can check that the modalities are filled out.
