This routine  allows the system administrator to monitor and maintain the connections of users to data collectors.

Its main functions are:

. Monitor

It allows the system administrator to monitor on-line the task performed by the user connected to the Data Collector.

. Message

It allows the system administrator to send on-line message to users connected to the Data Collector.

. Disconnect

It allows the administrator to end the connection of users connected to the Data Collector.
