This module can manage Maintenance and Fixing Services kept by large industrial and commercial companies for products and equipments manufactured or sold by them.
And also has rules that guide the whole process of maintenance and repair. Based on these principles, TOTVS® has developed the environment Services and Technical Assistance Management, whose main objective is to manage the Service Central, Budgets and Services, on field or within a Service Central.
