Identification of Stores
This file is used to identify stores of an integrated network, that is, that can sell a product that is part of the stock of a store different than the other store selling the product.
This way, if the product that the customer wants is not in stock in the store serving him/her, stocks of other stores (duly identified in this file) can be checked and items of the stores stocks can be reserved, therefore meeting the customer's demand.
The verifications are made in Assisted Sale; however, only stores with data entered in this file can be consulted.
Procedures
To register the identification of stores:
| 1. | In Identification of Stores, select Add. |
The add screen is displayed.
| 2. | Fill out the data according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check the data and confirm addition. |
