1. Access Tax Records module, option Miscellaneous/Magnetic Files/Normative Instructions, and configure the routine parameters according to the instructions below:
Start Date? - Enter the calculation's initial date.
End Date? - Enter the calculation's final date.
Normative Instruction? - Enter the name of the Normative Instruction to be calculated without .INI extension. For this magnetic media, enter DESAG.
Target File? - You do not need to enter the target file, since text files are created with specific names according to the requirements of tax authorities.
Created Magnetic Files:
- PRESTADOS.TXT
- CONTRATADOS.TXT
Directory? - Enter the directory's name to save the created text files.
Example: C:\TXT\
Select Branches? (available from version 8.11) - Indicate if the branches to be processed are selected. If you select No, only the current branch is considered. If you select Yes, a screen is displayed for you to select branches to be considered.
2. Check parameters and confirm them.
3. After configuring the generic parameters of Normative Instructions routine, fill out DS specific information through the configuration wizards below:
Taxpayer City Registration - Enter the number of taxpayer city registration.
Taxpayer is under Simples
1 - Yes: If the taxpayer is under Simples, the field S. Nacional Rate of Services Provided file is filled out with the value indicated in the Rate field.
2 - No: If the taxpayer is not under Simples, the field must be blank.
Rate - Enter ISS rate concerning the period.

For this information, a dot must be used as a decimal separator. According to the layout instructions.
Example: 005,00
4. Click Finish.
