This feature allows sending e-mail invitations to individuals, encouraging them to join the platform. They can be sent via a list of e-mails or through a CSV file.

01. In the main menu, click Control Panel.
02. Go to 02. Access the Collaboration tab.
03. Select Users’ Invitation.
04. Enter the e-mail(s) of the user(s) to be invited in the indicated field.
05. Select the message language.

02. To search for a specific invitation, enter the e-mail in Search e-mail.
03. To filter invitations by specific status, click Status and select one of the available options.

Delete sent invitation

02. Enter a user name (login).
03. Enter a password.

To register users via an e-mail invitation, the access password must contain at least eight characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. |
04. Re-enter the password.
05. Enter the user’s name and last name.
06. Click Send information.
