Remember that there are several types of documents, such as an extension file supported by the platform, an article, an external document, and others. Document types Form and folders cannot be followed.

01. After finding the document that you wish to follow, click on the Notify, icon, located in the social actions area to the right of the document name.

When clicking on Notify, represented by the colorless button, a user is added to the total number of users following the respective document; the icon becomes colored, indicating that the feature is enabled. Whenever the document is modified, a notification detailing such modifications is sent to all users following the document. |
