Speaking of check-out...
The check out is the routine the user transfers a document to the personal folder, not allowing any other user to change the document while changes are not implemented.
To perform the check-out, it is required to have a permission to change the document. It is also necessary the existence of a my documents folder in document browsing, which is enabled by the administrator of the company in the general parameters of the Control panel.
Basic Path
01. In the Document functionality, access the folder where the object that you wish to view is lodged.

This field is optional and, when checked, the document will automatically open for editing when pressing the Confirm button. If this field is not checked, the user must access the Documents functionality in the folder Private or access the Central of Tasks functionality and select Documents in the Check-Out. |
06. Press Confirm.

01. In my documents, in the check out folder, select the document you wish to cancel the check out.

When confirming the cancellation, the document is deleted from the check out and no changes are performed. |
